The comprehensive
maintenance program

A revolutionary cleaning system designed exclusively for diesel engines equipped with modern emissions systems. Four powerful products work together for comprehensive cleaning results.

EGR Circuit Oil System Fuel System ~2 Hour Service
// 01 — Principle

Restore OEM standards, don't replace them.

Core to the program is our belief in restoring OEM standards. We temporarily adapt to the emissions system, give it a complete internal cleaning, and reset it back to those standards — allowing the engine to perform as it did when new.

Stop replacing EGR valves, EGR coolers, VGTs and DPFs. Maintain them.

Service duration is dependent upon engine size and soot load. A typical highway engine completes in roughly two hours in the bay.
// 02 — Systems cleaned

Eight components. One procedure.

Buildup is removed from the inner surfaces and passageways of the induction system and all major emissions system components — without disassembly.

// 01

EGR Cooler

Cleaned internally, reducing intake air temperature back toward factory spec.

// 02

EGR Valve

Cycled through full range of motion during the clean so the entire seat and body is reached.

// 03

Induction System

Particle buildup removed from the intake tract, including differential pressure sensor ports and grid heaters.

// 04

Exhaust Side of Turbo

Vanes and nozzle ring scrubbed, increasing turbo speed and boost.

// 05

DPF

Scrubbed in place, reducing regeneration cycles.

// 06

DOC

Cleaned alongside the DPF as foam travels the exhaust path.

// 07

Ring Lands

Addressed by the Oil System Cleaner, restoring compression and reducing blow-by.

// 08

Valves

Carbon deposits dissolved as foam expands through the head.

Expanding foam travelling through a soot-loaded pipe High-volume foam, delivered on shop air
// DELIVERY METHOD

Rapidly expanding high volume foam is delivered simultaneously into the intake and exhaust side of the engine with our patented equipment. Dissolved soot and carbon pass harmlessly through the exhaust system.

// 03 — Procedure

Step by step.

Adapters are catalogued by make, model year, engine model and displacement. Intake adapters carry an i suffix, exhaust adapters an e suffix, and accessory or bolt kits an a suffix. Some engines require additional bolt kits, hose sizes or brackets — those notes travel with the part number.

The delivery system applies a powerful foaming cleanser directly into the EGR circuit using only shop air. Both sides of the circuit are cleaned simultaneously — no separate intake and exhaust visits, no removal of the cooler or valve.

The controller cycles both the EGR valve and the turbo continuously through their full range of motion while cleaner is delivered. It handles everything from analog components to modern CAN-based devices, and the custom interface lets the technician monitor key parameters throughout.

This unique solvent-free product safely dissolves carbon buildup on contact. Foam expands through the induction system, the EGR circuit, the exhaust side of the turbo, and on into the DOC and DPF.

Following the use of the EGR and Induction System Cleaner, an oil change is required. Add Oil System Cleaner to the engine before the change, circulate in the oil system for approximately 15 minutes, and drain along with the used oil.

Injector Cleaner runs as a one-tank cleanup for internal and external injector deposits. Ultimate 11 then becomes the ongoing fuel treatment — reducing carbon build-up by at least 60%, controlling water, and boosting cetane 4 to 6 points between services.

Turbo actuator load measurement is the only indicator available for determining turbo cleanliness without disassembly. An average actuator load of over 55% on nozzle ring style turbos is indicative of carbon loading. The controller also monitors system voltage at the turbo actuator for electrical troubleshooting.

// 05 — Outcomes

What changes after a service.

// UPTIME

Decreased unscheduled downtime

Fewer surprise failures on EGR valves, coolers, VGTs and DPFs means fewer trucks parked waiting on parts.

// COST

Significantly reduced part costs

Maintenance replaces replacement. Fleets report savings of up to 90% on emissions system maintenance costs.

// PERFORMANCE

Smoother idle, better response

Rough idle smooths out, turbo speed and boost climb, and combustion efficiency improves across the duty cycle.

// REGENS

Fewer regeneration cycles

Scrubbing the DOC and DPF cuts both active and stationary regens — the single most disruptive event in a transit or vocational duty cycle.

// THERMAL

Lower intake air temperature

A clean EGR cooler transfers heat the way it was designed to, protecting everything downstream.

// LIFE

Extended engine life

Less carbon in the ring lands, less contaminant in the oil, less abrasive load on every wear surface.
